出車禍保戶[臨櫃]出險了,理賠也不會打電話過來知會一下,公司電話分三個時段打也打不通,打0800客服又要跟我要理賠案號,富邦產物當天就打電話了,在便宜我也不會選這種消極的公司,爛透了!

三天前打電話要詢問火險變更扣款相關事宜,客服人員說要請專員打給我,結果過了三天到今天一樣沒消息,剛剛再打過去竟然沒人可諮詢,上次就是因為新光產險的人員上次幫我辦理更變沒成功導致我差點被其他銀行列為信用評等不良的用戶,專業不足就算了,服務還比路邊攤差

服務迅速親切,保單批改只花了3分鐘不到,而且退款還有簡訊通知! 一樣的流程,在富邦台中通訊處(五權西路上)臨櫃花了最少一小時.也因此會考慮其他車輛轉他們家的保險了(另外,停車非常方便,同側台灣大道/英才路口就有一個收費停車場.每半小時收費 20)

As a foreigner I came here to make my first accident report. The service was absolutely terrible. The girl who came to take my information acted like she was bothered to speak to me after I told her I can not speak Chinese. She explained nothing to me and just pointed to chinese on documents and said I should call there. When I called in advance they said they will assign someone who can speak english to me. When I requested this from the girl who helped me she rolled her eyes and nobody ended up coming to explain anything to me. I had to have my friend translate on the phone for me and ask the necessary questions because the representative didn't explain anything only copied my documents. I am leaving their office without a single question answered. After my insurance policy is done for this year I will definately change insurance companies based on this experience. Terrible unfriendly service. To other foreigners, in my opinion, find a different insurance company with friendlier service who are at least willing to speak english to you and are friendly. It was not even close to a pleasant experience. If I can give them 0 stars here I would. 7 years living here never experienced such bad customer service as this. I even had to also ask several time for them to give me the Google maps location of their office so I can make this review. Only 1 guy even offered to help but he was not assigned to taking clients he was only passing by. This review is for Shin kong insurance not sunbeam I think they are in their old location of sunbeam insurance
