★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goods sold here are backed up with a one-year store warranty, which (according to the staff) will be honoured at other branches of the same store across Taiwan. The prices of goods are reasonable, but the range of electronics is not particularly big, especially considering the store's location in the heart of "electronics town". (The Kaohsiung branch of this store is much bigger, for example.)

Our company needed a certain type of monitor urgently and the staff members were very patient with us while we contacted them over the phone; regarding the availability of certain models.
Their website has a pretty good UI and also shows the availability of products across their various branches in Taiwan
