20-30三名，31-40二名，41-50四名，51-60三名，平均薪資29,000元；實際環境教育素養和概念認知的推動，培育專業人力、扶植地方體驗行銷支持系統。

在地回饋，自102起，每年度固定辦理社區共學、推動永續環境教育學習100-120小時
社會公益，自107年開始自收入提撥社區關懷照顧，每季送暖90-110戶 (低收、獨居、弱勢家庭)
