第一次體驗SUP，強力推薦！ 章魚教練熱情，教學仔細像是與朋友相處一樣親切，槳板採用的是奧運指定品牌starboard（超讚）三大一小全都在2小時內上板站立划行，最後連6歲小朋友不會游泳的都成功站起來了！ 教練教學時隨身幫忙拍照以外，另外居然還有一位專屬攝影師站在岸邊跟著拍下美美的照片?? 設備一應俱全，除了板子以外還提供了長袖防曬衣，救生衣，溯溪防滑鞋（從小朋友到大人都有）因為結合了民宿所以環境非常乾淨，玩完水還能洗個澡舒舒服服的shop! 回程剛好遇上教練中午吃飯時間，被教練熱情的款待，我們還蹭了教練一頓飯（真是不好意思，但是大家都好餓???） 總之今天是一個非常美好的體驗！謝謝心海淺水中心&sup
