★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 臨時南下找民宿，剛好找到這個有搭配活動的民宿(到6/30以前都有住宿活動行程可以打電話確認），可惜動作太慢打過去確認已經沒有雙人房，仍然訂了附近的民宿要去參加活動。
是很棒的體驗，Jason很nice，教練們也很nice，落水的時候教練也會很快過來救援，很放心的活動！大家可以去體驗一下SUP，核心用力為主，可是我的手臂還是好痠喔?
Temporarily went south to find a homestay, and just found this homestay with matching activities (there are accommodation activities before 6/30, you can call to confirm), but unfortunately the action was too slow to call to confirm that there are no double rooms, and still booked a nearby homestay to go Participate in activities.
It was a great experience. Jason was very nice, and the coaches were also very nice. The coaches would come to the rescue quickly when they fell into the water. It was a very reassuring activity! You can go and experience SUP, the core is the main force, but my arms are still sore ?
