★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真的是超級幸運第一次玩SUP就遇到理哥！本人教學超清楚、動作解析細心、旅程厚度很夠完全超出一人 1800 元的價格。當天也才知道理哥本人是龍舟隊出身，也是專門培訓立槳教練的導師。相較其他業者，理哥的行程內容真的非常多樣且有趣，而且出發到象鼻岩的地點也挑得很好，等到你上手了、象鼻岩也就到了，多餘的時間就變成是自由時間，你可以往外海划、或是坐在板子上等日出、拍拍照、甚至躺著睡覺，都超級愜意！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我們在8月颱風過後去，教練整個超用心教導，在過程中不忘幫我們拍美照，當天雖然浪比較大，但是非常好玩，我們在平日去的人比較少，如果大家喜歡可以預約平日，在決定SUP時其實在網路上比較蠻久的，後來看到設備、安全性、教練 決定參加水旅遊的行程，整體行程非常順利，還有額外安排自由潛水、跳水的活動，如果你勇於挑戰，千萬不要錯過。
我們選擇的是日出團，在海平面上看著太陽緩緩升起，慢慢照亮象鼻岩，真的讓人難忘，以往都只能從側邊觀看，第一次從正面欣賞台灣美景。
我們一行11個人感謝理哥的團隊讓我們有美好的體驗。

We chose the sunrise group. Watching the sun slowly rise on the sea level and slowly illuminate the Elephant Trunk Rock, it is really unforgettable. In the past, we could only watch from the side. It was the first time to see Taiwan from the front. Great view.
Our 11 people thank Li Ge's team for giving us a wonderful experience.

教練 "理哥" 擁有豐富的專業及教學技巧，
我的老婆和女兒都不會游泳，
經由理哥簡單清楚的教學後，
她們兩就放開心直接划出海去，
從開始到結束都沒摔下水過。
真心推薦要玩SUP找理哥就沒錯了。
今年若還想玩最好趁中秋節前，
過了中秋東北季風變強後就不能下水了。

這次的SUP基隆嶼包船小旅行，真的是讓我的夏天留下了一個最完美的句點了，在這個不怎麼平靜的時期，能夠與三五好友出遊轉換心情，真的是最棒的療癒小旅行了！！
