壽司的飯比起別間爭鮮較好吃，不會有冷藏太久飯粒硬掉的感覺，飯粒也不會黏在盤子上
生魚片的品質比較不一定，這次有遇到一盤很完美的鮭魚壽司，但其它盤鮭魚很明顯色澤跟油脂普通或者放置一陣子了
炙燒鮭魚肚(一貫)的部份，比其它爭鮮的較為小片
這間的鮭魚肚一貫跟二貫的大小差不多，但肉質顏色以及花紋比二貫的漂亮一些，這個品項就看想吃飽還是想吃巧這樣
