Sushiro Taipei Gongguan

Authentic Japanese conveyor belt sushi in Taipei. It's always busy here. Love the squid, scallops, and shrimp here. Everything is pretty good except dessert. The seating is warm and inviting. Feels like you're in a bustling restaurant but still get privacy.

Quality is inconsistent. I first ordered 4 plates of the blue fin tuna special, and the slices were thick, had good texture and color, melt-in-your-mouth, and delicious. Every other order of blue fin was thin and not as tasty as the first 4 plates. [STAY AWAY: from the marinated blue fin-- taste soo bad!] There is also a subtle fridge aftertaste from the blue fin in general. This location needs to strengthen its cleanliness procedures. The bathroom was not very clean, and seems as if it's only cleaned once a day. One of the spoons in the cup that is on the rack by the conveyor belt was dirty. A lot of the spoons had specks of dust. I would recommend you to rinse it in the hot water dispenser before you use it. Back to the quality, the tempura here is terrible. Whoever makes it doesn't blot the grease and oil very well. The tempura is soo oilyyy, that it's like taking a sip of oil. I have to wash down the oiliness with the tea. Even McDonald's french fries aren't that oily.

Worst service , waited 30 minutes in the front while having booked via app, then didn’t call our number and asked to queue again. Really don’t recommend it

I have been to this place only once even if I went to Sushiro many times. I find this branch extremely clean and it has a great location. The food was fresh and the service perfect. I liked a lot the music that was played. A soft jazz perfect to have a conversation or some 'company' if you are eating alone. Very good experience!

The same good Sushiro food but this location is my least favorite in Taipei. It doesn't feel as clean and the service isn't quite as good. There's an odd notice in the waiting area asking customers to behave themselves, so I assumed this to mean they've had issues with customer behavior.

Best this kind of sushi restaurant in Taiwan! Price is acceptable. Sushi is very fresh. Atmosphere and decoration are nice and clean. The service is impressive and fast. Sushi has several options, even if you don’t eat raw food still enjoyable this restaurant. The dessert is the best part to end your meal. Usually crowded if you don’t make the reservation but you can also download their app to queue before going straight to the restaurant. Safe more time and energy :)

A bit pricier than local sushi places but worth it due to its quality (plates starting from 40 ntd). Each piece was incredibly fresh and flavorful. Staff was very attentive. Very clean environment. Would definitely come again.

Great food n great service, but if there as re more than 5 ppl going together, the table is way too small. Also, the point collecting system is ridiculous 300ntd a point, but even if u spend 2000ntd u still get 1 point, DAFUQ??
