★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原本對於宜蘭唯一一間保養廠持觀望態度，因為車子在台北訂的，前幾次還大老遠去台北保養。後來因為維修就進選宜蘭體驗，沒想到台北兩個廠找不到的問題，這裡解決了。 還有幾次幫忙都免費，實在很親民。 原廠油品型號也都有備料，決定以後都留在宜蘭保養了。
I originally had a wait-and-see attitude towards the only maintenance factory in Yilan, because the car was ordered in Taipei, and I went to Taipei for maintenance the previous few times. Later, I was selected for the Yilan experience because of maintenance. I didn't expect that the problem that the two factories in Taipei could not find was solved here. There are also a few times that the help is free, which is really close to the people. The original oil models are also equipped with materials, so I decided to stay in Yilan for maintenance in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6/03/2022下晡 1點外，想beh去試駛油電車，招阮囝in 來去試。到位發現kap我簽約ê人無tī hia，有兩ê人坐tī櫃台後壁，干ta講，你beh chhōe ê人歇睏！自頭到尾tī hia撥手機á，攏無行出來招呼人客，實在chìn無服務ê精神。

When I found out that kap I signed a contract, there were no tī hia, and there were two people sitting on the back wall of the tī counter, talking dryly, you beh chhōe ê people resting! From the beginning to the end, tī hia dialed the mobile phone, and there was no line to greet the guests, which was really lacking in the spirit of service.
