我當年買ALTo.一買就有小瑕疵.原廠服務人員講話一直繞來繞去.就是要耍無賴.之後陸續回去保養.業務員開口就叫我買新車.買新車.建議以後有需要買車的朋友絕對不要考慮鈴木

出保維修,從來都不願意事先先跟你溝通要維修些什麼,就自己擅自維修了。 保養時,常灌水手冊上沒有的其他項目要多賺錢。 維修時,有什麼狀況都是推卸是客人的責任。 維修廠的服務人員(非技師),講話口氣相當不好。 維修進度都要自己打電話問才會知道,不然就裝死不告知,等你打電話過去,就告訴你正要打電話給你!
