台鈴機車速克達齒輪油為低番號數，是配合密齒設計黏度。
台鈴10W40, 或75/80W90 GL-5。高溫黏度番號太高反而氣泡易太多齒面壓破空氣泡直接磨耗，且太黏耗油又高溫。
引擎機油速克達125以下車輛使用SL/SM, 至少SJ以上。有JASO MB，或無MA/2(離合器配方)的機油。其他大型車輛另有規範。SN需新款車有指明才用。
