還是建議有買鈴木的車主找其他保養場保養。 進場更換方向盤總成(講到這應該有人知道是哪台車了),先是詢問是否更換後會有一樣狀況產生(無法自動回正,轉向不順),得到答案是只保固一年兩萬公里,從我有意識以來至今家裡至少換6台車,只有這台有問題,是巧合? 換了後也不敢保證不會有同樣情況?!零件有問題就要修改啊,得到的說法是「我們也是叫零件,有問題我們也沒辦法」,奇怪了你們不是原廠經銷商嗎?我以為我到外面找維修場維修呢!啊!!這樣會污辱到外面維修場,畢竟外面維修場技術比原場可能好很多。 錢也花了,車也留了,從預約、叫料、留車、順便八萬保養,我一句話也沒多說,訂金也是直接就付,跟各位分享這次工費是5600喔!很棒,我也沒多問,車總要開,該修就修我就認了。領車當天我也很信任維修場,直接付錢領車就走。 然後沒意外,悲劇出現,四輪定位沒做好,上快速道路我開直線,方向盤給我偏右邊,方向盤回正我直接出車禍,這是他們收錢做事的方法。 我立馬開車回原廠,得到的只有「不好意思」,的確啦,接待的人無法負責什麼,只能負責被罵,上頭該賺的錢他們一分也沒少。 很不愉快的一次消費經驗,過往也都在這邊保養,不知道以後是否會來。
