4年前想買一台電動腳踏車代步,到店家訊問,員工態度非常好也很熱心介紹,說以後售後服務也是可到店沒問題。買了一年多公司傳簡訊說可免費去換某個零件或什麼(久了忘記),結果過去時維修人員說里程數少先不用換以後再過來即可,今天過去該店想請他們巡一下輪胎煞車及電池(買了到現在都沒保養過),順便問以前那件事,結果不但沒幫我看車狀況,有什麼問題還要等老闆在才能解決,看我要等或下次再來,這種公司的服務一次就怕,以後不會再去買該公司的產品。
