多次在這間租車行承租車輛,店員會細心解說油量、里程及車輛的操作方式,一直以來都是使用者付費;前幾天在店裡看見有其他客人無理取鬧,為了公里數爭執不休,店員耐心拿出照片對照,客人依舊大聲嚷嚷不願付錢,真是難為店家了,希望店家繼續加油不要被這樣的客人打倒!

第一次留負評給店家就獻給鴻寶南港門市~多花錢提早前一晚20:00取車,結果我20:30到,車還沒回來,店家說「上一個客人還在騎,我無法保證車多久回來」,那請問是不是可以提前電話告知,才不用讓下組客人等待?直到晚上22:00車才回來,原本跟朋友約的計劃直接泡湯~重點是店家也不願意退回提早取車的費用,還反問我們說「不然你們想要得到什麼」???同時收上組客人延遲費加上下組客人提早費真的很有生意頭腦餒~然後店家交車時也很隨便,基本里程和基本操作等等及車況也完全沒有告知,只說了一句「後照鏡記得調一下」就直接把車丟給我們,結果騎出去要重新發車時,才發現車鑰匙沒辦法轉動,打電話詢問店家,店家才說鑰匙可能要上下喬一下才能順利發動,這擺明就是早就知道有問題但不提前告知客人,店家說「因為租車的人一定不會愛惜車,所以車鑰匙都亂插才這樣,每一台車都有這個問題」哈囉我傻眼,那提前告知會很難嗎,事後還一副理直氣壯的說「要是你們真的很不想要租我們的車我們真的很願意全額退費給你」我必須說啦~全額退費什麼的是其次,車種再多店面再大,但你們那種「反正我不差你這位客人的態度」簡直零分啊!另外,我大推南港的練馬~店面雖小但是老闆很熱情服務,也會告知基本操作唷~車友們自行評估囉!
