日前去定期保養 隔天開車就感覺車震動變強烈 於是又再回廠檢查 告知我避震器壞掉 更換費用很高 讓我考慮是否更換(不換整個晃到要暈車 當然要換)我告知上周保養後就發生這問題 卻未回應如何協助我 之後我到外面的保養廠更換避震器 老闆告知保養過程頂高可能導致避震器失去了彈性 或許這是無法避免的損害 還是希望技師可以注意 而請業務在客人才剛保養後又出問題 能有專業的回應或提出一些補償方式 雖然民族廠地點對我很方便 但我以後會盡量去別的廠做保養
