老闆相當親切、仔細 來店裡換了電池 但也同樣把整台機車都照顧周全 對每一位顧客都溫和有禮 雖然我自己不懂機車 但下次會想再來。

這間老闆技術不行(老闆自己親口說的) 之前機車沒電牽過去告知情況 老闆拆電池檢查(鈴木品牌老闆找不到電池位置,由我告知) 拆下後老闆檢查電池,發現電池使用兩年且儀器顯示有故障,故告知更換電池,我不疑有他便答應更換 更換後花了半小時才裝上(不誇張老闆找不到扣具) 離開後兩週左右電池又沒電,牽去告知機車情況 老闆直接就說如果是其他東西導致電池故障,那只能再次更換電池 我聽了覺得奇怪,詢問花錢更換嗎? 老闆說對!! 我就跟老闆辯了一下(內容不愉快,大致就是我朋友也修機車遇到這類問題會檢查是否有其他問題導致電池沒電,不會單檢查電池) 老闆說真的這樣他也沒辦法,我越說越大聲老闆解釋他只是說明最壞情況,我表示不能認同 老闆見我不悅才說那就不管怎樣都算他的,我說好跟老闆借了工具拆下電池回去充電 取電池時,老闆感覺不悅,我問說車牽過來給你看嗎?? 老闆說他技術不好沒法修我的車,我只好回那就我找其他人修。 經過這次我的心得是 不是每間機車店都是修機車的,也有只換零件的,例如這間就是 不知道的以為我是到賣電池的店換了一顆電池 以上情況句句屬實,提供給大家參考 我個人感受一顆星,也許你認同老闆的作法那歡迎多多光顧 我相信老闆一定會幫你把零件裝好!!

去換電池的真的要小心精明一些,不要像我這外行的被騙還相信老闆一句電池保固一年,有問題回去都可以再換!去年12月沒電導致無法出門,就近找了這間,外行聽老闆說詞就相信也沒檢查電池,結果換完電池1、2個月陸續一直發生發不太動、方向燈打了無聲、時亮時不亮,到今年3月忍無可忍會店家請老闆看看是不是電池有狀況,跟他敘述完狀況他連檢查都沒就說是你機車本身的問題,機車的電腦故障,看你要不要換,整個全換的話大概1萬5左右,聽完傻眼,連檢查都沒就直接這樣說,當時我沒換,離開時老闆說那你就騎吧,騎到不能的話在說~後來就也將就著用,到這個月六月中,出門買晚餐後要回家車就無法發動了,在附近找了機車行檢查,也跟這老闆說了狀況,老闆一開車廂電池,就說這電池是「舊式」的,也難怪會這樣。我傻眼的跟老闆說這電池去年12月才換的怎麼會是舊式的?!所以是電池的問題還是車的問題?老闆檢查了一下並且將電池拿起來,我還跟他說你看,前機車行老闆換電池還在電池上面標註了換的日期109/12月,這怎可能是舊的?老闆說真的是舊的啊,電池至少10年以前,也難怪換幾個月後就壞掉,接著他就指著電池上刻著日期的地方給我看….是2003還2006的電池,這老闆才跟我說因為電池真的是太舊了裡頭的電板壞掉,電池是還有電,還拿工具測電給我看正常電池發動時的電壓浮動,以及這家黑心老闆 的10年電池電壓浮動(發動瞬間電壓指到2正常約10、11才發的起來才正常),當下看完真的是傻爆眼,這老闆說你被前面的機車行(現評論這家)框了!當時還被他騙說這是最新的原廠要1600還1400有點不太記得(也就評論的這家機車行),奉勸大家逼不得已真的得來這家的話務必三思….別浪費時間浪費錢…
