2/7在該店保養及更換部分傳動組件(包含離合器及碗公)，共花了8900元。
之後行駛約2500KM在6/26拋錨，經檢修其故障原因為固定離合器的大螺帽鬆脫所致。
事後劉老闆稱期間因車主曾自行更換機油且輪胎在他店更換，懷疑傳動被動過故不願負任何責任。(嗯，最好換機油換輪胎是會拆到離合器啦) 還說如果要他負責那大家就會撕破臉了。
若依照劉老闆這種心態，那大家是否也可以懷疑劉老闆趁車主不在就偷打鑰匙偷換零件呢?
而且當他說出這話其實就已經得罪車主與換輪胎的店家了，因為這是毫無證據的不實指控。這種行為就叫誣賴，更嚴重就觸犯誹謗罪了。
就算所有保修都在五群處理，出問題劉老闆一樣可以找各種理由推卸責任。
所以這種差勁店家我不但拒往，也會通知公司員工及其親友統統拒往。

A total of 8900 yuan was spent on maintenance and replacement of some transmission components (including clutches and bowls) in the shop on 2/7.
After driving for about 2500KM, it broke down on 6/26. After repairing, the fault was caused by the loosening of the large nut of the fixed clutch.
Afterwards, the boss Liu said that he did not want to take any responsibility because the owner had changed the engine oil and the tires were replaced in other stores. (Well, it's better to change the oil and tires because the clutch will be removed.) He also said that if he was held responsible, everyone would tear his face.
If according to boss Liu's mentality, can everyone also suspect that boss Liu steals keys and replaces parts while the owner is not there?
And when he said this, he actually offended the owner and the tire-changing store, because this was an untrue allegation. This kind of behavior is called falsehood, and even more serious it is a crime of defamation.
Even if all the guarantees are handled in the five groups, if there is a problem, boss Liu can find various reasons to shirk responsibility.
So I not only refused to go to such a poor store, but also notified the company employees and their relatives and friends to refuse all.
