★ ★ ★ ★ ★ t.Hub-內科創新育成基地是由台北市產發局的大型BOT開放案，其中瑞光廣場B棟的1～10樓為t.Hub新創基地，將提供新創團隊入駐。
目前t.Hub已經開放新創團隊入駐，入駐率已達7成，t.Hub提供沒有固定座位的共同辦公空間，設有1共同的會議室數間，也提供大型固定辦公室，以人數多少來劃分，租金方面相較內科附近的租金便宜約一半以上。
t.Hub主要提供新創公司入駐之空間，在創業資源也有工研院團隊進駐，協助新創企業與內科的科技公司聯繫，創造更多的可能性。
t.Hub-Internal Medicine Innovation and Incubation Base is a large-scale BOT opening project by the Taipei Municipal Bureau of Industry and Development. The first to 10th floors of Building B of Ruiguang Plaza are t.Hub's new creation base, which will provide new creation teams to settle in.
At present, t.Hub has opened the entry of new creative teams, and the occupancy rate has reached 70%. t.Hub provides co-working spaces without fixed seats, 1 common meeting room, and large fixed offices, depending on the number of people. In terms of division, the rent is about half cheaper than the rent near the internal medicine department.
t.Hub mainly provides space for start-up companies to settle in. In entrepreneurial resources, ITRI teams are also stationed to assist start-up companies to connect with internal medicine technology companies to create more possibilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 硬體設備、環境因為較新成立因此相對整潔；但是場地管理方的聯絡窗口對談態度會使客戶相當不開心，對話口吻事不關己、相當不客氣、姿態相當高!
儘管已經多次確認要租借場地，只需要花一點時間完成內部流程，窗口竟然回覆若沒收到錢就會直接取消，然後笑著說後面排隊要租的人很多!
生意再好似乎也不應該這樣與客戶對答吧?

Although it has been confirmed many times that the venue is to be rented, it only takes a little time to complete the internal process. The window even replied that if the money is not received, it will be cancelled directly, and then said with a smile that there are many people queuing to rent!
No matter how good the business is, it seems that it should not respond to customers in this way, right?
