我們一家來自香港,在林口定居將近一 個月,經常在附近發掘美味的食店,今晚終於給我們找到這家讓我們都一致同意給五星星的鐵板燒-Table F。 我們要了兩個A餐和一個B餐。女店員先送上麵包?和一客竹筍雞肉清湯,然後主廚便開始在鐵板燒枱上放上一盤配菜及醬料,並向我們介紹這是稍後供烹調各食材使用的。接著亦把即將要烹調的前菜給我們看看,才開始烹煮食物。而我本來靠側坐,亦因想欣賞主廚烹飪的功夫而調位呢! 第一道是燒生蠔配墨魚汁西米薄片,生蠔?外表煎至焦香,咬下去汁液流出,配上微鹹脆脆的西米薄片,已經讓我感到驚喜,不禁說出「好吃?」 第二道是漁港現流魚貨,魚肉鮮嫩,配上紫薯薄片,又再一次令我邊吃邊點頭,實在好吃? 第三道是活鮑魚煨法式松露醬,早在開始烹調食物前,我見主廚已在鐵板上放上一鍋東西,好奇心驅使下便膽粗粗問他,他說是稍後煮食材用的松露醬汁,原來就是用來煨鮑魚。煨好後的鮑魚淋上松露醬,齒頰留香,再加特別煎香的鮑魚嘴,實在回味無窮。 第四道是澎湖野生大明蝦,蝦肉煎至剛熟,咬落爽口,配以軟稔的南瓜和外皮燒至微焦的尖椒,平時少吃蝦的我,亦想多吃幾口。 接著,女店員送上每人一碗蔬活沙拉?,我們從未嚐這這種沙拉醬,它並非平時酸酸的那種沙拉醬,而是有點奶香,食落順喉亦不會膩,連平時不愛吃沙拉?的女兒,也把全碗吃光光。 吃完沙拉後,主廚端出主菜的食材,我是吃羊架,老公和女兒吃牛排?主廚先完成牛排給老公和女兒,老公給我一件牛排,肉質好軟,完全沒有塞牙,好好吃?到我的羊架來了,主廚介紹碟上的羊架分有三種,包括嫩肉、近骨的肉及煎焗後的骨架,各有不同口感,還提醒我吃羊骨時要小心熱,太窩心了。無論是哪一部分的肉,我全都覺得非常好吃?甚至在香港都沒有吃過好吃的羊肉,今晚吃到了。 最後是一道松露香煎燉飯,最初我看菜譜時見有燉飯,心想我不大喜歡吃燉飯,怎麼辦呢!但到主廚把整份燉飯奉上時,單看賣相已很吸引,正方體的燉飯,底和面煎至金黃,然後放上一隻煎熟的鵪鶉蛋,上面再加上一匙黑松露醬,吃了一口後,顛覆了我對燉飯的感受,實在太美味了。 於此,主廚告知今晚的套餐內的菜式已完成✅之後我們便可轉移到內廳吃甜點?和餐飲。 對於香港人來說,吃完鐵板燒,餐廳最多只會給我們一杯啫喱或一粒雪米糍便算。但在台灣,在這間店,我們便安排在另一個空間吃甜點?和飲餐飲。男店員送上一碗今晚的甜點,打開碗蓋,是焦糖燉蛋配雲呢拿雪糕?簡直驚喜萬分,怎麼在台灣吃鐵板燒會有種幸福感的呢?! 結帳時與主廚分享感受,實在太好吃?女兒亦立即在google給了五星評價。我相信不久後會再光顧Table F,同時亦會介紹給香港的朋友,來林口一定要找Table F吃鐵板燒,幸福感便會滿滿的。

Tonight we finally found this teppanyaki-Table F that we all agreed to give us five stars. We ordered two meals A and one meal B. 我們吃雙人套餐5000元,餐點美味而且很特別,師傅解說親切服務還不錯,但份量偏少,算蠻精緻的,就這個價位而言應該可以更好,希望未來能夠詢問客戶在有限範圍內是否需要增加份量(例如麵包、飯等等)

用餐環境舒適,從餐具的質感,看得出對品質的投入,餐點與氣氛都很好!定居林口十幾年,也嘗試過林口不少鐵板燒,這應該是目前最好吃的一間!跟台北一些鐵板燒名店相比,毫不遜色! 以後想吃中高價位的鐵板料理,或許不用專程跑台北了!
