打電話過去請求協助，被告知因人手不足，需要等待時間，我們也都同意，願意等，所有請我們留了電話，車款，地址，結果等不到消息，一個半小時回撥後，只將問題推給接電話的師傅。說改員工沒有交接，並且請我們自行處理，這樣的處理態度真的無法認同，現在這個時間點19:30，其他店家都關門了，請問我們要去哪裡找人？？
如果有人需要給他們服務的，不然除出了問題又是推卸責任，請認真三思。

After an hour and a half of calling back, only Refer the question to the master who answers the phone. It is said that the staff did not hand over and asked us to handle it by ourselves. This attitude is really unacceptable. Now at 19:30 at this time, other stores are closed. Where are we going to find someone? ?
If someone needs to serve them, or they will shirk responsibility after the problem is removed, please think twice.

檢查完詢問價格，師傅告知因為稍微檢查處理一下，不收費用。整體的服務值得給予5顆星，謝謝師傅熱心協助處理，以後維修及保養也會選擇這裡。
