★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to go to this gym all the time as it's close to where I live, it was somewhat decent. Was... It lacked some fundamental equipment for the extortionate price they charge. But they have some REALLY stupid "rules" in place so if you are serious about training this isn't the place for you. Recently they banned deadlifting! This is the most stupid, ridiculous "rule" of a gym I've ever heard of! What kind of gym doesn't allow deadlifting?! The excuses from the staff were poor and they said their "boss" who knows nothing about lifting was the one who made the decision. Obviously this "boss" doesn't know how to run a gym or business as I as well as many others have quit this gym over this stupid decision. Do not give them your business they are overpriced and have stupid rules. There are better gyms in Zhubei.
