★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度不是很好，過戶需要聯繫車主，只打了一通跟我說叫我自己聯絡他打不通....啊請問是你在工作還是我在工作...聯繫車主詢問是否同意過戶不是你的工作嗎？
還有就是動作很慢，別間產物五分鐘解決，這邊...大概20吧（雖然還是輸南x產物，一個半小時起跳）
櫃檯人員有待加強，畢竟是公司的門面...這種態度不是很ok

不能續保一開始就說 拖到最後才說真的讓人很火大

還說什麼每個客人有耐心一點不要打進去他就可以審很快，我們詢問的態度也是很客氣欸！
如果不會電話禮儀的話可以請客服幫忙回覆就好?
