slandered smoking in the room it's not a bad place to stay but it's just the manner problem

Very nice place to stay, totally value for money~ breakfast is not that nice but hey we come to taiwan to eat their local food and not hotel food LOL

Good budget hotel. Very clean and neat. Downside is that it is far from the city centre and breakfast would include just one drink and one burger

Very comfy bed. Nice flooring and shower. Friendly English speaking staff. So new .....yet stained carpets in hall? Also very scuffed walls in room?

Be careful when booking because the beds are really small. They advertise different sizes beds but they are all just two single beds push together, they'll still charge you extra!! Had to find another hotel which is really annoying!!

Excellent clean like new! Adjoining restaurant serves an amazing breakfast. Hotel staff are professional and very helpful. Located a short drive from Chung Yo department store.

We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights. First off, check-in time advertised on Agoda page states after 5pm. Really? Staff were EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. After checking in, instead of explaining, they just pointed to a piece of paper asking to read the rules. Was in Tai Chung to attend my sister's graduation so she came to visit us at hotel. They stopped us and asked us to read the rules again. It was stated that visitors are only allowed 30 minutes or not will be charged a rooms rate. I didn't know we booked a hospital dormitory. There were 2 blocks, we were put in different blocks and different floors, which wasn't much of an issue but was inconvenient. Rooms were tiny and there wasn't any closet to hang your clothes, instead there were hooks next to the TV so you can watch news and your dirty laundry at the same time. WiFi in my room was pathetic cuts out every 20 seconds. My particular toilet was filthy, wasn't cleaned properly and had "residue" under the toilet seat. Biggest complain was on the second day, there wasn't any cold water, only boiling water, so couldn't shower. Called to complain but no actions were taken. Came down 30 minutes later to confront the staff, they pretended they did not know. Asked who did I talk to previously on the phone which happen to be the guy at the reception, he did not reply. Instead of apologizing, they said "不好意思" which roughly translates to "excuse me". Told me that 不好意思 (excuse me) and 對不起 (sorry) had the same meaning in Taiwan, which was bullocks if you ask any mandarin speaker in any country. There was no cold water for the rest of our stay. Complained about the WiFi cutting out, and once again, instead of apologizing, they said "You should've told us earlier so we can investigate." But even after I told them, no actions were taken. I do not recommend this "hotel". Rubbish.

Should be rated as 0 star. This hotels air circulation is horrible, set the room temperature to 22c and it automatically drops to 14c attempted to set to 35 and room temperature decreased even more. This had caused me to become very sick and triggered severe all allergies. Location is in the middle of no where, need to uber pretty much everywhere. Very poor hygiene environment. Internet connection is very unstable. I would avoid this hotel at all cause.
