我不知道他們對於“調解委員”的定義是什麼?在我的認知裡,是因為雙方談不攏才需要調解委員站在客觀的角度從中調解,但上次的經驗非常糟,調解委員一坐下來自我介紹後的第一句就是“這只是小車禍、小金額,要不要乾脆賠錢就好?”我聽了很傻眼,重點我們說要拿從警局申請的照片跟他解釋車禍的來龍去脈,他說“你那個我這裡也有啊,不用再拿過來”,之後又自己拿紙出來畫,問我們撞擊當下的路線,這個東西初判表上面明明就有,他自己根本不了解還裝懂又不讓人解釋,之後還一昧的認為對方是對的,對方的保險員一直講,委員就一直點頭表示認同,我們這邊在提出不合理的理由,委員就低頭捏著眉頭一副很困擾的樣子,還說我們這邊一直跳針,那是因為前面我們要說的時候對方保險員一直插話,我們想要說完整的一句話,就被說一直跳針,根本不聽我們說話,之後問委員對這件事的看法,怎麼從中調解,委員就說“我不知道喔!我不能給你們什麼建議,我只負責最後和解,蓋章有法律效益而已喔!”最後談不成,說想要等下一次再開,委員卻一直重複說“這其實也沒多少錢,賠錢就解決了,真的沒必要等到下一次”,我們也不想再去調解啊,這真的很浪費時間,重點是明明是對方故意要求很高的金額,找一堆不相干的證明,可是那場車禍車根本沒倒,人還都沒事,就從旁邊擦過去而已,索賠三萬真的合理嗎?我不能理解欸!委員沒有專業性,只是一副敷衍了事的樣子,一直要別人賠錢就好,那請問調解的用意是什麼?如果調解委員會收到這裡的,建議上法院比較快,還比較公正。我不知道其他委員是不是也這樣啦,至少我遇到的這個是。
