★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前在大門口掉東西，到館內詢問失物招領，門口監督手部消毒的人員不確定是志工還是館員，問我要做什麼，我如實陳述之後卻被嗤笑了一聲？？還說「人家撿到就拿去用了啦不會拿來這裡，這裡沒有失物招領。」但其實，會一秒說出這種話的人就是會做這種事的人。
我二次詢問之後才願意帶我到櫃檯看一下，
若要來館內辦事的民眾，不用期待館內人員多有同理心，如果有想釐清的事一定要問到完整再離開

Very diverse teaching aids and play aids, safe and comfortable space to make parents feel at ease and children happy (too happy to not go home), the point is that the service staff (a young boy) that day was really kind, attentive and caring! It's a great place, I will definitely take my kids there when I have the chance~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plenty of toys for kids to play with. Free parking in the building basement. Need to bring you and your child NHI and socks to enter. Need to sign up in the first floor but playground is on the third floor. Staffs give you rubber clear bag so you can put your necessaties(phone, wallet etc) to take it inside the playground and need to leave your bag in the locker. They start to wrap up around 11:10 am. So better go there earlier.
