無法感同身受名眾需求、藉故誤導名眾、甚至不願受理報案推託非轄內業務(個資冒用)很糟糕。溝通上語氣也是威嚇、推託各種參雜，無法感同身受人名遭受的痛苦。去過2次，整體警察感覺起來，已經喪失對於服務的熱誠，只剩領錢辦事的心態。
