我先生要去辦延後教招（家裡有兩歲以下的小孩），因為怕他出去太久我一個人帶小孩太忙，先生還先打給客服確定可以辦、需要什麼文件，結果客服說帶身分證就可以了！結果到了才說要帶三個月內的戶籍謄本？所以客服跟現場是不同單位嗎？為什麼需要的東西不一樣？
又浪費時間跑去辦戶籍謄本??
真的很擾民欸！浪費一堆時間！可以請貴單位把你們的教育訓練還是SOP做好嗎??
