★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下午1點多第一次來地政事務所辦資料，叫號輪到我時，幫我處理資料的櫃檯人員盧小姐，口氣態度都不耐煩，讓人感受很不好，我前面在與盧小姐談話過程中都是客客氣氣的，也不懂盧小姐為何如此不耐煩，第一次辦資料或許有些不懂之處，但也沒有必要如此態度吧。
一進門接待我的小姐態度就非常好，謝謝您們辛苦了。
I came to the Lands Office to do the information for the first time at more than 1 pm. When it was my turn to call the number, Miss Lu, the counter staff who helped me deal with the information, was impatient and made people feel very uncomfortable. I was in front of me with Miss Lu. During the conversation, I was very polite, and I didn't understand why Miss Lu was so impatient. There might be some things I didn't understand the first time I did the information, but there is no need for such an attitude.
The attitude of the lady who received me was very good as soon as I walked in. Thank you for your hard work.
