★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 承辦人員不會相互支援，多位人員明明手邊沒事，卻看著民眾在那裡枯等，就是非得讓值班人員處理，只有4個民眾，申請個戶籍謄本要等上半個小時。
The contractors will not support each other. Many of the staff are okay at hand, but they are watching the people waiting there, but they have to let the duty staff handle it. There are only 4 people. It takes half an hour to apply for a transcript of a household registration.

櫃檯入口有4－5位人員在那邊聊天，卻沒人去巡視
The rear parking lot shows 0 parking spaces. Looking inside, there are 4 parking spaces. If the machine is broken, it will not be dealt with, leaving many cars waiting.
The big token is the front parking lot
The small token is the rear parking lot (used by the employees of the agency)
There are 4-5 people chatting at the entrance of the counter, but no one goes to inspect
