★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話諮詢服務超親切，超出預期的想像，並針對父母因不會填寫自然人憑證表單，而想出解決辦法，使子女不用舟車勞頓陪同辦理，真的是很貼心，很感謝. 現在雖然都是電子產品及電子化，但老年人真的不懂也不會，感謝政府研發此系統，真的是便民啊!
PS.居家附近的戶政，一樣的問題 但從沒說過可以這樣辦理.....
