★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天特地到公所辦健保加保，出發前還電話確認，到現場承辦人員卻要我自己用健保app申請，且說話音量極小，很莫明的經驗，人都到現場了，就是對手機操作不熟悉，承辦人員也未介紹如何操作，態度不是很積極，極不便民。
在這裏寫負評其實也沒有用，公務員或是約聘人員，不管績效如何，明年還是加薪。

However, the on-site contractor asked me to apply for the health insurance app by myself, and the volume was very low. It was a very incomprehensible experience. Everyone came to the scene, but they couldn’t operate the mobile phone. Familiar, the contractor did not introduce how to operate, and the attitude was not very positive, which was extremely inconvenient for the people.
It is actually useless to write negative reviews here. For civil servants or contractors, regardless of their performance, the salary will be increased next year.
