★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel is an excellent choice for business travelers ?; good views, very comfortable rooms, great variety of dishes in the restaurants. The staff are also very warm and helpful and smile sincerely. I enjoyed my stay here and I believe that you will too. They also have an excellent concierge service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for almost a year due to being on.a work assignment. Terrible food at outrageous prices, horrible music throughout the hotel. The general staff are lovely, but it is clear that they get no support. They are the reason I gave an extra star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are ok and comfortable, even the breakfast is pretty good and caters for many passing groups.
But sadly the evening meals are very poor and below expectations.
The food is not fresh, everything is cooked in a microwave, very expensive and poor quality. Having ordered ribs and receiving warm/cold ribs with a handful of chips and to be charged 680NTD (£18) is ridiculous and don’t forget your 10% tax on top for good measure. Not the first time food has been cold and poor.
Due to this, I was left to visit the local 7/11 shop across the road and buy noodles. Upon my arrival back to the hotel and asking for a fork to eat my noodles due to the shocking experience, I would like to think this wouldn’t of been an issue…. But was asked to pay a 600NTD deposit (£16) to take a fork back to my room. ? Couldnt make it up.
A fork did happen to fall into my pocket and was able to eat my noodles in my room. (Lucky)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is good the food is bad. Feels looks and taste like the food is microwaved and for the price of the meal very poor. The food seriously let's down the hotel. One two days stay OK. Long stays in this hotel for work I do not recommend due to the food quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been working in harbor on wind industry ,on and off,for over 18 months. Always stay in Taichung Harbor Hotel.
Rooms are clean and comfortable. Stuff friendly and helpful.
Bad side is a kitchen and a food they serve.
It's not only my opinion ,but my coworkers think same.
Food quality really poor, pretty sure most of it from microwave.
Boring menu,special for someone who stay for 6-8 weeks and having lunch and dinner in hotel.
Few months ago I've started Vegan diet. Nothing for Vegan in menu.
But I need say thank you to stuff for trying organise some Vegan food.( Thank you Samantha)
But again, it's mainly risotto with mushrooms or noodles with mushrooms.
Generally price not adequate to food quality.
It's strange, that very nice hotel have very poor quality food.
