第一次去移民署，櫃臺的人員相當有耐心，而且一說就知道我要辦什麼，幫我處理影本、填資料，幾分鐘就結束了
 At present, I have encountered the cleanest, most efficient, and friendly public agency.
The first time I went to the Immigration Department, the staff at the counter was quite patient and knew what I was going to do as soon as I said. They helped me process the photocopy and fill in the information, and it was over in a few minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 客服人員態度極差！ 問題都還沒問完就急著掛電話是怎樣？ 不是應該先解決民眾問題嗎？ 而且也還沒到下班時間！
Very bad attitude of customer service staff! What is it like to hang up the phone before you have finished asking the question? Shouldn't people's problems be solved first? And it's not even get off work time yet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service but here is smth to keep in mind:
- you may get different and contradictory information on the same matter from different people (though it’s typical for Taiwan)
- if you call during a lunch break, the answering machine doesn’t have an English recording to tell you that calls are on hold until 1:30 pm.
