★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 times I've been there and both times I had horrible experiences! I was given wrong information both times and it ended up costing me a lot of time and money to fix things. The worst part was that the manager there told me that she understood that someone at the office made a mistake but there was unfortunately nothing she could do about it, and that mistake cost me NT20,000!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, it's a one-stop location to deal with all the vehicle related issues. Getting driving licence for car, truck, motorcycle it hits are all possible, as well as vehicle inspection, violation fines, insurance and more. The place is usually not too busy because of its fairly remote location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For foreigners out there who want to take the scooter exam and get their scooter license here:
1. Open hours for the practice area changes irregularly. It's best to just call one day before you plan to practice the driving exam there.
2. If you have a car license, you still need to take the writing exam unfortunately, and you need to sit in a two-hour lecture first before the exam. There are several languages for you to choose to do the exam but some questions are poorly translated. They offer 3 computers for you to practice the exam and the service is open at 8am (at least for now).
3. After passing the writing exam, you'd get two chances for the driving exam. And if you fail, you need to wait for two weeks to re-register and come back here again.
