而且這裡的位置也太靠近西區跟西屯了，真不知當初選這位置的原因是？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務的人員都很和善，廁所也很乾淨，閱讀環境跟空間非常舒服。希望自習室能多開放一些空間，坐位太少了，禮拜五禮拜六去都客滿。
更新：過兩天再訪，發現圖書館開放的位子變多了，非常感謝官方人員的用心與辛勞，立馬改上善位子不夠的問題。??
The service staff are very kind, the toilets are also very clean, and the reading environment and space are very comfortable. I hope that the study room will have more space, and there are too few seats. It will be full on Friday and Saturday.
Update: I visited again after two days and found that the library has more open seats. I am very grateful to the official staff for their hard work and immediately corrected the problem of insufficient seats. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 請一個上了年紀的男館員幫忙線上續借，有一張圖書證因為一本書逾期歸還無法續借卻不告知，說都續借好了，等自己 double check 之後才發現有一張卡不能續借，才又回圖書館詢問為何有一張卡不能續借不事先告知，也不告知若改繳罰款就能繼續續借，身為圖書館員不是就要讓讀者清楚相關的權利義務嗎？因為一個館員的服務態度，讓人對南屯圖書館好印象大大扣分...
Ask an elderly male librarian to help renew the loan online. There was a library card that could not be renewed because a book was returned overdue, but did not inform. He said that the loan was renewed. After I double check, I found that a card cannot be renewed. Then I went back to the library to ask why a card could not be renewed without prior notice, nor was it informed that if the fine was changed, the loan could be renewed.
