★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The texture of the broth is similar to the starchy texture of oyster miam xian (蚵仔面线). It’s interesting but a little too sticky for me and left me feeling thirsty for the whole morning.
I also added an egg and a cut of fatty pork (爌肉) with my noodles. Both didn’t taste as good as another braised meat rice (卤肉饭) stall in the Second Market (第二市场)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A local Taiwanese restaurant. Good food at a really cheap price. Portions were not big but good enough for a quick meal. Staff were friendly but the restaurant was quite small so expect to share tables with someone.

We specifically like the noodle in their special stew and the pork meat.
