阿母電療+化療: 今天回診人比較多,一個比一個還要早來,跟醫生比看誰比較早到,雖然說9點開始看診,但是血腫科的醫生都八點初就來了,以前我們都是最早來的,今天大家很踴躍早到!醫生也很早就開始看診,好棒的醫生! 109年母親來開刀,外科黃主任醫師所有的檢查都跑急件,門診時固然等了很久排隊等看診,人多要等上兩三小時是必然的,該檢查的都沒有少,開刀完檢體確定罹癌,要再一週內再開一次大刀,跟時間搶命。(住院時的護理師有客氣也有兇的可能每個人有自己的個性、耐性,但是人都會有脾氣,我們不太在意)我跟別人一樣希望尋求好醫生名醫甚至是希望有神可以幫我,因為我沒有心理準備癌症這可怕的疾病,我們還是選擇在嘉義分院繼續治療,從外科轉血腫科,繼續化療電療。這裡化療的環境空間很舒服,不用排隊很久,每次回診都能很快看診,安排好化療時間,護理師耐心的說明我們要注意的事項,只能說,有時候醫生緣護士緣,我們覺得這裡的安排治療,一切都讓我們很舒服,癌症能不能好,也是命運看天了!看到好多評價,感受不佳的,我就想說公道話,大部分的醫生和護理師還是很耐心看診,仔細分析病況的,有問題多問也是很耐心回答的,至少,我陪母親治療到現在111年遇到的醫生護理師都是優秀態度良好,我們的檢查報告每次很快都能看到,不用排隊等很久,這些讓我們都很滿意!希望給優秀的醫生團隊在這裡給予肯定跟打氣!

醫生都還可以,但重點是領藥的櫃檯人員一開始去櫃檯號碼還差很多,等了一會兒到了 走去櫃檯那個櫃檯小姐說還沒到妳看上面的號碼領藥(兇什麼),想說好沒關係在頂多回去再從排一次,結果櫃檯上的號碼已經超過我的領藥號碼了也都還沒叫我,我確實有造上面號碼領藥阿 但妳有叫人?還讓人等了一個小時都讓其他人先插隊領藥,然後之後換一個男生來幫這位小姐 結果態度也是一樣給人藥的時候用丟的? 欠你的是不是 這樣的服務態度也來醫院工作 真是有夠差勁的

6月5日早上陪媽媽掛急診 急診的醫師都很有耐心 6月6日媽媽從加護病房轉入一般病房時 我被擋在病房外面等待2:00做PCR,順便吃午餐 去做PCR時,外面的引導人員口氣手勢很差 還等了50分鐘! 回到病房外面,我坐在護理站外面等待了3小時的檢驗結果 一直到了6點,沒有人跟我說要去領報告 我覺得奇怪了,都沒通知 才問到了最後一名護理人員說要去急診領報告 到了急診,急診護理人員說是在門診大廳領 到了大廳還要寫出診單,最後填寫完資料,才拿到報告,那我再慢一步,若是門診大廳的櫃台關了,我是不是會被困在媽媽的病房外,不用進入了呢! 最後弄完進到病房,已經晚上6:33分

首先來錯地方是我們的疏忽,單純腳扭傷而已是不用這麼浪費醫療資源,但是帶我來急診的不是我個人意願,這樣就算了,一到現場把我的資料拿走後對我說扭傷根本不用到急診來吧?去專科看就好了然後把我請出去,我腳扭傷還要這樣被丟在急診外面站著,一段時間有好心的護理人員請我進去這點我給2顆星,他給我的感覺很棒,跟我聊天讓我心理感覺比較舒服些。但接下來我就不能忍受了,看完診之後醫生跟護理人員就開始一直碎碎唸,一直說病人的壞話,讓人聽了很不舒服,我不懂態度已經沒有很優質了,還要大聲嚷嚷病人來的時機不對,是怕病人耳朵也不好也順便檢查測試一下嗎?我可以理解醫護人員的辛勞,我也可以了解人非聖賢會有脾氣,我自己也會,但不代表你可以當著病人或者大聲喧嘩給病人聽到吧?這樣病人或家屬聽到有何感想?
