的變通用打電話，如果需要跑一趟郵局我用郵寄幹嘛？真心建議台灣郵局改進這點
打電話詢問口氣也是各種不耐煩，大家工作都辛苦我能體諒，但都到了現場取件才知道已經寄到家附近的另一間郵局，下雨天白跑一趟就算了，為何當初電話裡都不提醒會改寄到另外一間，還打去問了不只一次，這完全是員工細心度問題
煩請提醒員工注意一下工作態度，謝謝

Calling to inquire is also all kinds of impatience. The reminder will be sent to another one, and I have called and asked more than once. This is a question of staff attentiveness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 郵差素質真的要管一下，我只是對於收件人有疑問稍微問個問題而已，你郵差如果怕麻煩可以禮貌性回個不知道就好，可是講話不知道是在嗆什麼意思的，大家出來工作都是辛苦但是幹嘛要發洩情緒在別人身上，公務人員名聲就是被這種人敗壞了，可以拜託上層再多幫忙注意督導一下嗎

If your postman is afraid of trouble, you can politely reply that you don’t know, but you don’t know what you mean when you speak, everyone come out. Work is hard work, but why do you want to vent your emotions on others? The reputation of public servants is ruined by such people. Can you ask the upper management to help you and supervise more?

東西在後車廂，拿後車廂的東西時鞋子會泡一半的水。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually the service is quite quick. There's very limited parking outside so scooter or walking are the best transportation there. There used to be some nice large trees surrounding the building but unfortunately they've all been cut down. Shame on the city for not planting but removing greenery.
