于	于湘林 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天帶了超大箱的包裹要寄到國外，門口的服務人員很熱心的借我推車，因為不熟悉流程，以及運費超出預期，弄得自己很緊張，櫃檯的人員非常有耐心的幫忙想辦法並且解說分析利弊，還耐心等待我書寫資料，再三跟我確認，是一個非常好的經驗，非常感謝郵局人員的專業和耐心。

C	Claire Chao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 常常來英才郵局的夜間郵局寄件，通常人都很多，所以都會預計15分鐘到1小時才能完成。今天下午1:30到兩點中間來，竟然一個人都沒有，覺得真是我的幸運日！櫃檯的服務有效率，人員也很親切，曾經在寄件時，剛好隔壁櫃檯是英文為母語的客戶，他們也都能用英文溝通，協助客戶國際快遞，並回答鋰電池在國際運送時的規則。去年英才郵局也經過一番改裝，有嶄新的面貌呈現給客戶，另外郵局也有附設一個小小的停車場，運氣好的時候還能停到車位，對需要寄信的朋友來說，也算方便！ I often come to the night post office of Yingcai Post Office to send items.
