J	Jean Blignaut on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great new station, but the cleaning is terrible at the bus station!! Don't think any cleaning inspections are done. Such a great new dirty station! Management really needs to look at this major problem. The same vomit has been on the staircase to the buses for over 6 weeks now. We as the public have to walk past/over it every day. Cleaning needs serious attention.

S	SY Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dec 2019 Easy accessibility and stops right next to "town". Just 8 mins walk and you are at the famous Miyahara ice cream shop. Ticketing agent are helpful and conversant in English hence no issues with getting the right tickets. Easy peasy. Bonus - Very nicely fusion of the old Taichung train station into the new one. As at Dec 2019, seems they are remodelling the old station.
D	Dr. Abdulla ALRAHOOMI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy accessibility to the station by buses and cars. The station is small but has everything you need to fill your waiting time. If you need any advice about the city, surroundings or visits, there is a tourist information desk and people over there will help you. Plan your trip ahead as some attractions are closer to the station that to the city so maybe you should be starting with those ones.

There is also a place where we can wait outside the station. Nowadays the older station is not being used but it is still not demolished yet. The older one is having good architecture actually.
T	Tyson Skriver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good luck finding a charging station for your phone. A big, modern station with almost no spots to charge your phone. I found eight plugs on the inside of the gate, and of course they were all used because of how many people needed to use them. Maybe there are more but I couldn’t find them. There are no signs indicating where they are. No charging spots outside of the gate as far as I could tell.
登	登阮寶罄 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both the old and new stations are worth visiting. The inside area is big but the outside even bigger. The connection area between the old and new station were remade into a small flea street. They hold event frequently.
