★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although price is a little high, food is tasty. Prepare to wait your orders more than 30 minutes, especially you don't have enough time at lunch. My experience of their service was not good. They seems not realize this issue for improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ food is good but the service is horrible, especially the management. wasn't checking on tables or managing the trainees, she's too busy on the phone at the front desk (for 2-3 hours). trainee staff don't know how to introduce the menus, cleaned away all the utensils mid course, all of the food served felt rushed, huge gap between courses. all the while, the manager was still at the front desk, leaving all the trainees in utter chaos. last but definitely not least, get this, when the the manager checked my phone to see if I posted the promo event properly on FB, she took the liberty of sharing her own page on my account (privacy much? can just ask me to share the post thanks)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I may have given them 3 stars for the flavor of the food, but they get deducted because of a really weird service. They accidentally gave us 1 extra sushi. The sushi was already on our table and the waitress comes back and said we actually gave you an extra sushi and asks if we want to order it or they will take it back. What?!?!? Ever heard about just giving it to the customer? She ended up taking 1 piece of sushi back with her chopsticks. How frugal can you be, not to mention an absolutely weird situation seeing her take it away. They would end up throwing it away anyways (or I would at least hope so and not give it to another customer). You can tell this is a poorly trained staff or a cheap manager.
Also, quality of food does not match the price. Would not come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second outlet that they have besides the one on shalu. Friendly staff, ample free parking at the mall and fresh food as usual. I expected nothing less. However very different price point (more expensive) compared to the main branch and their last order is at 8.30pm which is early for me. However if you are around the area and craving for some good Japanese food with excellent service, do pop by.
