I called to tell the children to change the childcare center. Live switchboard 9 (because I don’t know the extension). The switchboard lady’s tone was very bad... What is a disability? Is it an old man? Is there a certificate of disability? I obviously said that the children are going to the childcare center to tell you... Then she said that she wants to take social class and find someone to help me transfer me. The lady in the social class has a good tone.
