★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 沒禮貌的單位,前陣子打電話去詢問停車收費跟月租問題,負責該業務的窗口直接回答民眾說:"廢話嗎?"請問這是應該有的電話禮儀嗎?越想越氣,雖然平常公家單位沒禮貌的人很多,但也是第一次遇到這麼超級沒禮貌!!!!!還不都是要配合政府單位的規定,不然沒事誰要打電話進去問呢?

停車員不該只巡前後2次，卻蓋了8-9章以上
罔顧民眾權益
民眾5月初及中旬路邊停車
早上停好車，計費員8點18分打下第一單
在10點多將汽車移開
早上只蓋1格
中午停回原車格
下午離開卻補齊了之前沒蓋到的2格印章
加上離開車位數小時以上的費用
正常巡查，按每小時計價民眾能接受
而非虛假向前追溯3-5小時（因怠班未巡的費用）
月初已反應1次
月中還能遇到相同狀況

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 停管處的開單人員權力真大，連一分鐘都不能停，政府規定的，台南市政府真是該好好獎勵，停格子接電話都不行，黃市長真該親自宣佈這個政令。
我具名向1999投訴，還被開單人員錄影搜證，真是感覺人身都不安全
