★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃台人員把申請單拿出來後，從頭到尾只低頭做自己的事，也不說明如何填寫及核對資料是否填寫錯誤，反倒是後面有另一位人員出來處理，但也只是協助複印文件，如果這樣就不要在櫃檯！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛去申辦市民卡，因為先前已經有打電話去詢問一下要準備的資料，但去到現場申辦的時侯專員跟我打電話去詢問的專員說的又不一樣，當下有點無奈想說跟專員講看能不能有解決的方式，她一邊用電腦找方案但嘴上既然回覆我（話怎麼多）當下整個人都火了，我的口氣從申辦前都沒有不好過，麻煩這位專員講出來的話請妳要為自己負責，難道區長都不能好好的督促一下少許態度不佳的專員嗎
