★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a special corner for me that i used to use Metro transportation for moving to Taipei in my College Time ….
As you know that the Tainan Station was built 80 years over and the Taiwan Railroad Bureau was doing renovation work in these years,
By the way, Metro systems is now under Construction in underground work, to be connected to High Speed Rail Systems .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you come to Tainan the first time, should note that it’s not station for High Speed Rail Train. You can’t buy the HSR from here. This is a old, nice station but not as practical as Taipei Main Station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A historical train station in Tainan. There is a convenient store in the Platform 1 area, selling some food and drinks, it also provide the classic railway bento made by TRA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exit is on your right hand side to the main entrance,and enter is left.
Now this main station is partly under construction,so bit tricky to find entrance gate.but it’s exactly left side.
Main bus terminal is left hand side from the exit.just walk down along roundabout in front of the station.
You can catch a bus commuting to Anping area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the station for the regional or ‘slow’ trains that run through Taiwan. Those that want the Taiwan HSR will have to go to another station. It currently is undergoing renovations and services are still basic. Ticket purchase can be done by machine and lockers for rent are available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is the construction in the station, some pathways are partly closed. However, basic facilities are provided normally. Bathroom, elevators, electric fans...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's really just a small and old station now, but it'll be renovated to become more bigger. The toilet isn't in the station now, you have to walk out the station to find it. Afterall this is one of the most important transportation hubs in the Tainan.
