剝皮辣椒好吃，有碳烤的香味，真的會辣，有一點鹹，怕太辣的人可以泡一下湯再配著麵吃。
小菜便宜，份量不算少，豬頭皮算是切的比較厚的，很Q彈。

牛肉清湯的湯頭甘醇，加了薑之後再吃牛肉完全沒有任何腥味，下次會想再來試牛肉麵和牛肉燴飯。
Shredded pork fried rice looks very ordinary, but it is actually very tasty. It would be even better if it can be fried with sand tea like mutton fried rice!
