 In order to rectify the pollution and stench problems of Tainan Canal in the past, Yonghua interception station is one of the five interception stations set up along the canal by the Water Conservancy Bureau of Tainan City Government. In order to avoid water pollution caused by the inflow of nearby livelihood sewage into the canal, the interception station can intercept livelihood sewage.
