This is a huge complex - it's like several huge building meld together and most of it runs underground with connecting tunnels to the Taipei Bus Station, shopping malls and the MRT station. Take note that .. 1. The Airport MRT Express (this is not the THSR station to Taoyuan airport!) is at least a 8 mins walk from the Taipei Main Station (it's connected underground) 2. Plenty of food eating places as you walk along (e.g. bakery, MOS burger, snack bars, FamilyMart) 3. Good instructions in English to guide you around 4. Luggage friendly ...they have ramps or elevators for travellers to roll heavy luggage from one level to another 5. Great service from onsite guides to help you 6. Superbly clean

However, it's kinda confusing that it has two different routes so make sure you hop on the right one (Express line) otherwise it would take ages rather than 35mins as you have expected. Interior design is nice and cozy, but really need more direction indications.
T	Tin Gallemaso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taipei Main Station is huge and can get quite confusing especially for tourists or for people who don't frequent the area. They have food stalls, restaurants and malls there. The lockers that abound the whole vicinity are great help for travelers who need a secured place to leave their stuff in as they do errands or explore other parts of Taiwan. The MRT and the high-speed trains pass by here so if you're unsure as to where and how you'd go to a place, best to start your journey here.

Many individual stalls selling all sort of food, clothings, accessories. shopping mall also located within the building. Luggage storage is available. Metro station is operated by token, token can be purchased from kiosk. Staffs are helpful. Good.

The building itself looks old one but the inside is modern and you can find great food, dining, drinks and souvenirs here! You would come here from airport on MRT. And it’s the entrance to get to the airport by train. There are a bunch of lines and huge under ground floor so you will lose your way. But don’t worry you can ask anybody. Everybody is so kind! It is a clean place so make your journey wonderful!! Enjoy!!!
A	Ales Tvrdy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is nice and very good to take any kind of transportation across the whole city. Bus, train, high speed train, taxi, bike everything is here. I don't know why but many times I got lost of directions cuz to me is here too many shops and different stores.
