★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place sucked big-time. We went there and there was absolutely nothing there to see or to do. We even asked some of the locals what was in that area because we thought we were in the wrong place due to the fact that there’s so little to see and do. Then they told us we were at the right location. I don’t really understand why this would be some kind of attraction. Skip this if you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an artist residency center with one gallery space, a multi function space, and a cafe at the ground floor and 10 studios from the second floor on, where the local and international artist work and live in.
There are about 10 exhibitions going on a year, and every season, all the artist studios will open for the public to allow the public to witness the work in progress. Some people said there is no activity or not international, because it's not the right way to visit it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I passed by this place one day and got curious so I checked it out. Inside was a neat space with a small exhibition hall showing some of the artists’ work, a small garden, and a coffee shop. Admission is free. My visit lasted half an hour.
