★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit confuse with the direction where is the bus station when u are at the underground. Maybe the sign could be better for tourist with clear map of the location of the entrance. Google map also should improve on that too ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great station. It's clean, well managed, and well designed. It's always packed when I come through, but I understand that's not really a design flaw. Lockers are available to store items, and it is connected to the mall, which allows for additional shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The busy hub of coaches / long-way buses at central Taipei, it centralizes all bus stations of different companies to provide a more convenient and rapid transportation.
Transit is available almost all the day, except the route to the airport which serves elsewhere. The five-floor building is clean and bright, well organized with the ticket counters at the ground floor and departure boards upstairs by company and destination.
This big bus station is near to the train station and MRT Taipei main station, accessible through the underground passage. A lot of seats are installed for passengers await, and usually it is crowded with travelers to and fro. It has been an important place to leave or reach Taipei by coach or bus!
